The BULL runs...
The S&P 500 is on pace for a third month of gains, the longest streak in a year, amid better-than-estimated economic and corporate reports. It has risen 4.2 percent this month. The index trades at about 14.1 times reported earnings, compared with the average since 1954 of 16.4 times, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

There is Wayne's World, Wally World and ..... not as much fun .... Santorum World!!!
Some quotes from Santorum World:
Global Warming Is A Political Trick
Prenatal Testing Is Done To Encourage Abortions
Mitt Romney Begged Congress For A Bailout (And I Voted For It)
Wayne's World quotes are so much more fun and relevant....
Garth: So, did Jim Morrison give you Del Preston's exact address?
Wayne: Yeah, he said EXACTLY London, England.
Wayne: Yeah, he said EXACTLY London, England.
Garth: Benjamin is nobody's friend. If Benjamin were an ice cream flavor, he'd be pralines and dick.
Cassandra: Yeah, and if a frog had wings it wouldn't bump its ass when it hopped.
Wayne: Interesting. Where did you learn English?
Cassandra: College... and the Police Academy movies.

The future of American children if you VOTE Republican in 2012!!! = Slavery
Tears tracing lines of dirt on his face, six-year-old Pakistani boy Nabeel Mukhtar cries while crouching on a pavement to scrub motorbikes, his job for nine hours a day, six days a week.
He is one of millions of children driven into labor by poverty in a country where the unpopular government is seen as too corrupt and ineffective to care for its citizens, even the young and helpless.
"I want to study and become a doctor but we don't have any money," said Mukhtar, who helps his family make ends meet.
Rising food and fuel prices and a struggling economy have forced many families to send their children to search for work instead of to the classroom.
USA VOTE Democrat in 2012 if you want to avoid slavery!!! Fight for your FREEDOM...it is being taken AWAY.

Flint Michigan February 11, 1937 = let us never forget America!!! The Battle for who OWNS America rages on...
The middle class and the American Dream were born 75 years ago today, on February 11, 1937, the day the Flint workers won their struggle. And for the next 44 years, working people everywhere got to own their own homes, send their kids to college and never worry about going broke if they got sick. That belief, that life would be good if you were a good citizen and a hard worker, now seems out of reach for nearly half the country which is either living in or near poverty. Perhaps people wouldn't mind it as much if the burden were being evenly shared. But everyone knows that's not the case. In a time of record personal bankruptcies, record home foreclosures, record family and student debt, there are a group of people having the best years of wealth and profit ever recorded in human history. And it is those very people who have made the decisions to export our jobs, to decimate unions, to make college unaffordable, to start wars and to pay themselves with gluttonous joy while paying little or no tax -- this is the 1% that has created the burden so many Americans (and people around the world) now share.
And so, 75 years after the victory in Flint, the battle is now being fought all over again. But this time it's not just about getting paid a dollar an hour, or having Sunday off, or reducing the chance of your hand being crushed in the metal stamping machine. This time, the stakes are even greater: Who is going to own America and control the basic functions of our democracy -- the richest 1% who buy the politicians to get what they want, or the 99% who don't have much these days and live in anxiety or fear of what's around the bend.

‘Stars Are Aligning’
“The stars are aligning to push the market higher,” Brian Jacobsen, who helps oversee about $209 billion as chief portfolio strategist at Wells Fargo Advantage Funds in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, said in a telephone interview. The jobs data“was a very encouraging report. It should silence a lot of the skeptics out there who are saying that Europe is going to push the U.S. into a recession.”

Romney told CNN on Feb. 1 that “I’m not concerned about the very poor”
Republican presidential candidateMitt Romney’s statement that the “very poor” don’t concern him comes at a time when the portion of Americans living in deep poverty is the highest in more than a generation while assistance varies widely and is inadequate.
“Virtually any food bank in any city in America would tell you that they have not been able to keep up with the demand,”said Bill Shore, founder and chief executive officer of Share Our Strength, a national charity that fights childhood hunger.“That means more rationing of food, not allowing families to take as much as they would have before and being open shorter hours.”
More than 20 million Americans live in a household with income of less than half the federal poverty rate, the level social scientists often use as a category for the very poor, according to census data for 2010. Last year that meant an annual income below $11,057 for a family of four.
The portion of the population in that category was the highest in at least 35 years and has almost doubled since 1975, from 3.7 percent then to 6.7 percent in 2010.

Newt Gingrich: his ideas are a mixture of the alarming, the implausible and the banal.
Newt Gingrich, unexpectedly, has become a serious contender for the Republican presidential nomination. He won the South Carolina primary and is now the front-runner in some polls nationally. He has been debating well, shaking off criticism of his personal life and doing his best to bolster his reputation as an ideas man.
Regrettably, on economics, where the country could use some fresh thinking, his ideas are a mixture of the alarming, the implausible and the banal.

Just what you want in a Presidental candidate (Ron Paul)...somemone motivated by "greed more than bigotry"
The controversy over Ron Paul's newsletter business erupted again on Friday -- just days before the Florida primary -- when three former associates of the libertarian presidential candidate contradicted his earlier claims of ignorance about the racist and anti-Semitic material published under his name. Although the Texas Congressman has previously insisted that he had been unaware of the newsletters' racial slurs, his former secretary Renae Hathaway, who still supports his candidacy, said: “It was his newsletter, and it was under his name, so he always got to see the final product. . . . He would proof it." Hathaway told the Washington Post that Paul was a "hands-on boss" who frequently visited the publication's offices despite his busy schedule as a Congressman and practicing physician.
Confirmation of Hathaway's recollections came from Eric Dondero Rittberg, another ex-aide, who told the Post that Paul approved all the final copy in his newsletters during the 1990s, when the racist articles appeared. As other former Paul associates have suggested, Rittberg said that the Congressman's motives involved greed more than bigotry. “The real big money came from some of that racially tinged stuff," Rittberg said, "but he also had to keep his libertarian supporters, and they weren’t at all comfortable with that." According to the Post's analysis, the newsletter business was so profitable that Paul went from personal indebtedness to a net worth of more than $5 million.

Man not of the PEOPLE Mitt Romney earned $21.6 mln and paid 13.9% tax less than half the rate a USA middle class family has to pay!!!!
Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney earned $21.6 million in 2010 and paid 13.9 percent of that amount in income taxes, using the preferential rate on investment income and charitable deductions to pay a smaller share of his earnings than top wage earners typically do.
The former private-equity executive and Massachusetts governor earned more than half of his income from capital gains and dividends, which are taxed at a top rate of 15 percent, rather than the 35 percent top rate for ordinary income. His campaign publicly released the returns today.

Any Republican who makes less than $150k a year better vote democrat; because Republican leadership is going to outsource you to China, Thailand, India, etc
Rick Santorum invests in companies that ship much of their manufacturing work to factories in China, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries.
Of 18 publicly traded stocks listed in the former Pennsylvania senator’s most recent financial disclosure, six companies sell fiber-optic equipment and outsource production to overseas factories-for-hire or operate their own plants abroad
.
The payroll at one of Santorum’s investments, Fabrinet Inc. (FN), last year included 5,300 manufacturing workers in Thailand, 1,200 in China and 30 in the U.S., according to its latest annual report.
Fabrinet, which makes products under outsourcing contracts with other manufacturers, got almost 60 percent of its fiscal 2011 revenue from four Silicon Valley corporations: JDS Uniphase Corp. (JDSU), Oclaro Inc. (OCLR), Finisar Corp. (FNSR) and Opnext Inc. (OPXT) Santorum owned shares in all of them, according to the financial disclosure form he filed last year.
Santorum was asked last night during a South Carolina debate about encouraging the use of U.S. manufacturing workers by companies such as Apple Inc., (AAPL) which said in its latest annual report that “substantially all of the company’s hardware products” are made by contractors “primarily” based in Asia.
He didn’t mention that he owned between $15,001 and $50,000 worth of Apple stock, according to his most recent disclosure filing.
Santorum’s holdings stand out because one-third of his publicly traded stocks are concentrated in a single industry that makes a significant share of its products overseas.

Sybil for President; one of the many persons buried in Romney!!!
Romney publically endorsed Mississippi’s attempt to pass a personhood amendment. (Can't use Condoms!!!) It was soundly defeated by the voters, as were previous attempts in Colorado and other states. After going on TV saying he endorsed the amendment, Romney tried to soft peddle that after voters rejected the measure. Now he denies it ever happened. Thank goodness for video.
Romney underscored a previous flip flop on Roe V Wade. When running for office in liberal Massachusetts, Romney saying in many recorded interviews that he would defend Roe v Wade. At the debate, he made it clear that he would work to have it over turned. Which Romney would show up in the White House, or in general election debates?

As White Supremacists go Ron Paul may be the nicest....
While Ron Paul would like you to believe that his connections to white supremacy ended with his racist newsletters, he has actively courted the white supremacist movement well into the 21st century, which is evident due to his outreach to white supremacist radio programs.
On February 18, 2001, Ron Paul appeared on “Radio Free America,” a show founded by Willis Carto, a neo-Nazi who founded the white supremacist group the National Alliance. “Radio Free America” is part of Carto’s “American Free Press,” which is labeled as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). While Paul did not discuss racial issues, he discussed several conspiracy theories. A transcript of the show was made available through Carto’s now-defunct racist publication “The Spotlight.”
In 2006 Ron Paul was scheduled to appear on another white supremacist radio show, “The Political Cesspool,” which featured the who’s who of racists, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, holocaust deniers and neo-Confederates. The show’s sponsors include white supremacist separatist group the Council of Conservative Citizens and the Institute for Historical Review, a Holocaust-denying organization founded by Carto, and the show is broadcast online via the neo-Nazi website Stormfront.
The show’s host, James Edwards, is a rising star in the white nationalist movement and idolizes former KKK Grand Wizard, David Duke. After reports began circulating that Ron Paul appeared on his show in 2006, Edwards wrote on his blog:
Unlike those who constantly attack me, I prefer to be honest. So, rather than be disingenuous, I will tell you that Ron Paul was scheduled and confirmed to appear for an hour-long interview on The Political Cesspool Radio Program in 2006. This booking was arranged by Jesse Benton.
A couple of hours before the live interview was to take place, we were informed that Congressman Paul had to take an unexpected flight and would be happy to reschedule with us at a later time.
Edwards also wrote an open letter to Ron Paul:
Dear Rep. Paul,
I know that the jackals in the establishment media are attempting to use your near-appearance on my radio program (five years ago!) as a hammer against you today. I’m sure you understand that you will never be able to curry favor with the Cultural Marxists that hate our values and seek to destroy the country we know and love.
You are just days away from winning the Iowa caucuses, which is why your opponents are resorting to such desperate measures. Your success causes the media and its handlers great distress, but always remember that appeasement never works.
We’ve done nothing wrong.
You’ve done nothing wrong.
Stay the course.
Our motto here in the studio is simple: “No Retreat, No Surrender, No Apology.”
Our mutual friend, Pat Buchanan, has recently given you a template to be used when answering questions about this show. You may want to take a look here and here.
We remain supportive of your candidacy and wish you nothing but the best of luck.
Sincerely,
James Edwards
Host, The Political Cesspool Radio Program
Ron Paul has also been a hot topic on Stormfront. Former KKK Grand Wizard Don Black had fellow former KKK Grand Wizard David Duke on as a quest and they discussed the man they rabidly support.
Don Black in the ’80s and ’90s believed that Ron Paul was a fellow white supremacist who wrote the racist newsletters:
Everybody, all of us back in the 80′s and 90′s, felt Ron Paul was, you know, unusual in that he had actually been a Congressman, that he was one of us (white supremacist) and now, of course, that he has this broad demographic–broad base of support.
They went out under his name in the first person and most people receiving these newsletters, including me, thought he really did write them.
So, now that he has this new base of support of course, he’s having–frantically trying to disavow himself from the newsletters.
David Duke would also voice support for Ron Paul:
Again, I go back to that, you know, traditional topic that I always talk about, you know, the powers of international Zionism–a power in banking, a power in media, a power in government influence, in campaign finance–a power that’s, you know, hurting the values of this country on behalf of Israel
So, I would vote for Ron Paul at this moment because he’s one of the few candidates who have policies in this regard and this realm that I wholeheartedly support, and that’s why I’d vote for him.

Rick Santorum one step closer to a Dictatorial Theocracy in the USA kindda like IRAN!!!
Rick Santorum, whose surprising second-place finish in the Iowa caucuses has propelled him to the upper tier of Republican presidential candidates, was booed during an appearance before college students in New Hampshire yesterday when he spoke of his opposition to same-sex marriage.
That pitch didn’t work with the students. They booed him, particularly when he compared same-sex marriage with polygamy.
Pressed on his stance on medical marijuana, Santorum mistakenly identified the drug as a narcotic before being corrected by the audience.
“I don’t know my medical marijuana laws very well,” he joked. Still, he called the drug a hazard to society. When someone shouted at him to explain how he formed that opinion, Santorum said: “I form that opinion from my own life experiences and having experiences.”
The reference to what he may or may not have done during his days at Pennsylvania State University didn’t quell the boos. The jeering was more pronounced than any applause Santorum received.

Romney to add $600 BILLION to USA Deficit!!!
Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s tax proposal would add $600 billion to the U.S. budget deficit in 2015, according to a study released today by the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center in Washington.
The analysis compares the revenue that Romney’s tax-code changes would generate compared with expected U.S. revenue under current law, which assumes that several income tax cuts will expire as scheduled at the end of 2012.
The numbers were released five days before Romney, a former Massachusetts governor, seeks to solidify his front-runner status with a win in the New Hampshire primary.
The analysis said Romney’s plan would “reduce federal tax revenues substantially” though not as deeply as some of his opponents. In a separate study released Dec. 12, the Tax Policy Center said former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich’s proposed tax regime would add $1.3 trillion to the budget deficit in 2015.

And now for a NEo Neo Neo Con;;;; Rick Santorum.... oh *&!@$ joy....
Santorum is deeply conservative on social issues.
He is ardently anti-abortion, even in cases of rape and incest, and no one takes a stronger stand against gay rights.
In fact, with his comparison of gay sex to “man on dog” relationships, Santorum seldom even makes a pretense of tolerance. While that sort of rhetoric may play well in Iowa pulpits, it will be far less well received elsewhere in the nation.
Can't wait until we touch on the remainder of the Bill of Rights or the US Constitution...

Republicans no longer think it's a Right for you to have: clean water, air, and land!!!
House Republicans and Republican presidential candidates have launched unprecedented attacks on the Environmental Protection Agency.
Among the other things causing Richard Nixon to turn over in his grave may be Republican attacks on the Environmental Protection Agency, which the former president and Congress established in a bipartisan response to public demand for cleaner water, air, and land.
Since Republicans regained control of the House of Representatives in the 2010 midterm elections, they have introduced an unprecedented number of measures designed to weaken longstanding environmental protections and block the EPA from putting forth new regulations.
Rep. Henry Waxman, D- Calif., an environmental advocate, has called this “the most anti-environmental Congress in history.” The perceived assault has prompted the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, chaired by Waxman, to develop an online database tracking the number and scope of anti-environment bills proposed on the House floor. According to the searchable database, as of September 2011 there have been 170 anti-environment votes under the Republican majority in the 112th Congress. The database breaks down this number by category, finding the vast majority of anti-environment votes targeting the EPA (91 votes). Some of these seek to block actions that prevent pollution (71 votes), and others to dismantle the Clean Air Act specifically (61 votes). Fewer measures have been directed at weakening regulations of the Department of Energy and Department of the Interior, blocking action on climate change and defunding clean energy initiatives.

USA = Best, Safest place to invest for 2012!!!
Both the S&P 500 and the Dow are among the 10 best performers this year among 91 national indexes tracked by Bloomberg. The Dow has rallied 6.1 percent in 2011. That’s below the average gains of 12 percent in years before presidential elections since its creation in 1896, according to data compiled by Bloomberg and Dow Jones.
Stocks gained today as companies cranked out more goods in December and pending sales of existing homes jumped in November for a second month, pointing to a pickup in U.S. economic growth as 2011 comes to a close. The number of Americans filing claims for jobless benefits dropped to 375,000 on average (INJCJC4) over the past four weeks, the fewest since June 2008, Labor Department figures showed today in Washington.
Investors also watched developments in Europe’s attempt to tame its crisis. Italy auctioned 7.02 billion euros ($9 billion) of bonds, falling short of the target, as borrowing costs declined in its final debt sale of the year.

Republicans only want certain types of voters at the front of the ballot box in the USA....
Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. is expected to enter the turbulent political waters of voting rights on Tuesday, signaling that the Justice Department will take an aggressive stance in reviewing new laws in several states that civil rights advocates say are meant to dampen minority participation in the national elections next year.
The speech could inflame a smoldering partisan dispute over race and ballot access just as the 2012 campaign cycle intensifies.
Mr. Holder is to speak Tuesday evening here at the presidential library of Lyndon B. Johnson, who signed the Voting Rights Act in 1965. The act enables the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division to object to election laws and practices on the grounds that they would disproportionately deter minority groups from voting, and to go to court to block states from implementing them.
A draft of Mr. Holder’s speech urges Americans to “call on our political parties to resist the temptation to suppress certain votes in the hope of attaining electoral success and, instead, achieve success by appealing to more voters.”
Mr. Holder is also expected to make the case for overhauling elections systems, including automatically registering all eligible voters; barring state legislators from gerrymandering their own districts; and creating a federal statute against disseminating fraudulent information to deceive people into not voting.
This year, more than a dozen states set forth new voting restrictions. For example, eight — Alabama, Kansas, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin — imposed new laws requiring voters to present state-issued photo identification cards. Previously voters were able to use other forms of identification, like bank statements, utility bills and Social Security cards.
Proponents of such restrictions — mostly Republicans — say they are necessary to prevent voter fraud that could cancel out the choices of legitimate participants in an election. Opponents — mostly Democrats — say there is no evidence of meaningful levels of fraud and contend that the measures are a veiled effort to suppress participation by eligible voters who lean Democratic.
The Justice Department is reviewing the new laws in South Carolina and Texas requiring voters to present photo identification cards. It has sought information from the states about the racial breakdown of the group of eligible voters who do not currently have such identification to see whether the rule would disproportionately deter minorities from voting.
The Justice Department is also engaged in litigation with Florida over a new state law restricting the availability of early voting — including barring it on the Sunday before Election Day, when black churches had traditionally followed services with get-out-the-vote efforts. It also imposed new rules on groups that conduct voter registration drives, including fining them each time a volunteer does not turn in a voter registration form within 48 hours. That section has prompted the League of Women Voters to stop registering new voters in Florida.
The three states are among 16 jurisdictions that must, under Section Five of the Voting Rights Act, receive clearance for any changes to their election laws because of their history of suppressing minority voting. They bear the burden of proving that their changes will not disproportionately prevent minority groups from voting — even if there was no discriminatory intent.
John Payton, the president of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, said he was traveling to Austin to attend Mr. Holder’s speech, adding it was “really important that he bring the powers that he has to bear on this challenge to our democracy.”
“Since the Voting Rights Act was signed,” Mr. Payton said, “we have not seen this much action that will have the effect of limiting people’s ability to vote.

Now Mitt what are you trying so hard to hide???
Mitt Romney spent nearly $100,000 in state funds to replace computers in his office at the end of his term as governor of Massachusetts in 2007 as part of an unprecedented effort to keep his records secret, Reuters has learned.
The move during the final weeks of Romney's administration was legal but unusual for a departing governor, Massachusetts officials say.
The effort to purge the records was made a few months before Romney launched an unsuccessful campaign for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008. He is again competing for the party's nomination, this time to challenge Barack Obama for the presidency in 2012.
Five weeks before the first contests in Iowa, Romney has seen his position as frontrunner among Republican presidential candidates whittled away in the polls as rival Newt Gingrich, the former speaker of the House of Representatives, has gained ground.
When Romney left the governorship of Massachusetts, 11 of his aides bought the hard drives of their state-issued computers to keep for themselves. Also before he left office, the governor's staff had emails and other electronic communications by Romney's administration wiped from state servers, state officials say.
Those actions erased much of the internal documentation of Romney's four-year tenure as governor, which ended in January 2007. Precisely what information was erased is unclear.
